Supporting people across South London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Conditions Covered by the Project

There is already an extensive list of main disease areas to which the South London GMC is currently recruiting. Within each disease area there are specific diseases which are within the scope of the Project – for example there are over 135 rare diseases included. Diseases are approved for inclusion in the 100,000 Genomes Project by Genomics England following nominations by clinicians and researchers. Further disorders are continuing to be approved.
